From perusal of record it transpires that this criminal revision was filed in 1989 i.e. 29 years ago. It was dismissed in default on 2.4.1993. An application dated 6.9.1994 was filed for recall of the order dated 2.4.1993.
As per office report dated 20.9.2016, in compliance of court's order dated 2.5.2016, the recall application, filed alongwith Criminal Misc. Application No. 18602 of 1994 for recalling the impugned order dated 2.4.1993, is still pending and as per office report dated 8.3.2017 the notice issued, in compliance of Court's order dated 29.11.2016, has been served upon revisionist.
Today none is present to press the recall application. The recall application dated 6.9.1994 is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution.
