Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the State-respondents.
The petition has been filed seeking the following relief-
"i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the learned Trial Court / Tehsildar Phoolpur, District Azamgrah (respondent No.2) to decide the proceeding of Mutation Case No.03334/2018 (Computer Case No.T- 201815060303334 dt. 25.09.2018) dated 27.10.2016 Santosh Chauhan Vs. Ram Avatar under Section 34/35 of U.P.Revenue Code, 2006 Mauja Udpur, Pargana Mahul, Tehsil Phoolpur, District Azamgarh pending before it expeditiously within a period so stipulated by this Hon'ble Court."
It has been stated that a mutation case under Section 34/35 of the U.P.Revenue Code, 2006 filed by the petitioner in the year 2018 has not been decided till date.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2, Tehsildar Phoolpur, District Azamgrah to endeavour to decide the mutation case of the petitioner, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
