Heard Mr. Gautam Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. B.B. Jauhari, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.
Having regard to the nature of the challenge raised in the writ petition, we are satisfied that this writ petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing the respondent- Development Authority to consider and decide the petitioner's representation dated 26.3.2008 (Annexure 8), within time frame. Hence, we dispose of this writ petition by the following order:
The respondent-Authority shall consider and decide the petitioner's claim/representation, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Petitioner is directed to produce a copy of this order and copy of the writ petition alongwith annexures before the concerned Authority within ten days from today.
