O R D E R Though notice has been issued to the complainant the same has been served to his wife and service has been intimated to the complainant through phone, he has remained absent.
2. After having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner for sometime, he submits that investigation has not been completed and it is about to complete and he may be given liberty to file fresh application after filing of the charge sheet.
3. The said submission has been placed on record and the petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with a liberty to revive the said bail application after filing of charge sheet. Learned HCGP is also directed to expedite the filing of charge sheet.
