JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioners are workers under the Kerala State Beverages Corporation, the second respondent herein, who complained of the working hours in the various foreign liquor outlets of the second respondent. In fact, the learned standing counsel for the Beverages Corporation produced before me a judgment in a public interest litigation, which was initiated suo motu, on the basis of a complaint of certain employees. The issue was considered in W.P.(C)No.25907 of 2012 and found that there is no hardship caused on the basis of the facts placed before the Division Bench. In such circumstances, the issue is covered by the decision of the Division Bench in W.P.(C) No.25907 of 2012. Standing counsel also submits that, before filing the above writ petition, none of the employees herein or any other W.P.(C)No.16915 of 2014 -:2:-
employee had filed any representation before the Beverages Corporation.
Writ petition is, hence, dismissed.
