JUDGMENT / ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, NO.I, Dindigul to secure the respondent in connection with C.C.No.186/2015 on its file.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. The petitioner is the complainant in C.C.No.186/2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, No.I, Dindigul. It is the case of the petitioner that the Judicial Magistrate, No.I, Dindigul has issued a bailable warrant on 16.12.2016 to secure the presence of the respondent/accused and that the police have not executed the said warrant. In this petition, the petitioner has not stated to which police, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, has issued a bailable warrant.
4. Mr.V.Vairaperumal, Special Sub Inspector of Police, Gujiliamparai Police Station is present before this Court. He stated that no warrant has been issued to the said police station.
5. In view of the above, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate, NO.I, Dindigul to call for a report from the concerned police as to the fate of the bailable warrant issued in C.C.No.186 of 2015 and take action in accordance with law.
6. With the above direction, this petition is disposed of.
