This is correction application no.111329 of 2012.
After perusing the record the order 16.1.2012 is hereby corrected by mentioning S.T. No. 3 of 2008 in place of S.T. No.2 of 2003 in the third line of the third paragraph of the order.
Accordingly the correction application is allowed.
