This application under section 5 of Indian Limitation Act has been filed to condone the delay in filing this criminal revision which has been preferred against the acquittal order dated 10.9.2010 passed by Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge, Azamgarh in Session Trial No. 422 of 1995, under Sections 498A, 304-B I.P.C. and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Atrauliya, District Ambedkar Nagar. Case is taken up in the revised list. None is present on behalf of the revisionist to press this application. Therefore, this application for condonation of delay for filing the criminal revision is dismissed for want of prosecution. The application is accordingly dismissed.
