Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to press the anticipatory bail application and the same may be dismissed as not pressed.
In view of above, the anticipatory bail application is rejected as not pressed.
However, a direction is given to the court below that in case applicant surrenders and gives bail application, the same shall be disposed of expeditiously and preferably on the same day in accordance with law.
