Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. and perused the record.
This petition has been filed to invoke the extra ordinary and discretionary powers under writ jurisdiction of this Court in respect of impugned order dated 20.11.2009 which is an interlocutory order against which the criminal revision has also been rejected on 01.12.2009 on this very ground. There does not appear to be any illegality in the order. The case is at preliminary stage. Instead of appearing before the court below and putting his submissions, the petitioners have rushed to this Court without any justification.
In view of the above, I regret in not finding any occasion to invoke the discretionary powers of writ jurisdiction in this case.
The petition is, therefore dismissed.
