List has been revised . None appears on behalf of the petitioner to press this writ petition even though learned Standing counsel for the respondents is present.
This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following reliefs:-
"(a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 19.02.2010 passed by respondent no.6 (Annexure No. 8).
A-1 Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 10.02.2010 passed by the respondent no.3 whereby the respondent no.6 has been allotted the Fair Price Shop of Gram Panchayat Sonai, Tehsil & Block Karchhana, District Allahabad as second Fair Price Shop Keeper.
b. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directin the Sub Divisional Magistrate to allot the fair price shop in the favour of the petitioner in pursuance of resolution dated 16.12.2009 passed by Gram Panchayat Sonai."
This petition was filed in the year 2010 seeking the aforesaid relief. There is no interim relief granted to the petitioner by this Court and it appears that by efflux of time, the writ petition has been rendered infructuous In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
