Pursuant to the order dated 16.4.2018, learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel has obtained instructions from the Addl.Chief Secretary on 13.4.2018, which is taken on record. It is stated that Regulation of 2009 framed under the U.P. Act No.32 of 2000 has been amended and recruitment would be made by the U.P. Secondary Education Service Selection Board, Allahabad.
There is, however, no reply of the State as to how the institution would be allowed to run particularly when the only remaining teacher would also retire on 30.6.2018. The only other scenario would be that the institution itself be closed down. There is no consideration as to how such emergent situations are proposed to be dealt with.
Sri Vivek Rai, learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel may obtain further instructions from the Additional Chief Secretary of the department concerned, by the next date fixed.
