Heard Shri Anand Pati Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Amrit Raj Chaurasia, learned AGA for the State and perused the material brought on record.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the FIR has been registered against the petitioner under Section 3(1) of U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities Prevention Act, 1986 but there appears to be no such case against him.
Learned AGA is directed to verify the aforesaid fact. List this case on 29.7.2019.
