Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Vikas Sahai, the learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record.
The instant bail application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in light of the apprehension of the arrest of the applicant in Case Crime No. 081 of 2019, under Sections 498A/304-B I.P.C. and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, Police Station Bheempura, District- Ballia.
Presently and in the absence of any plausible explanation with respect to apprehension of arrest, the Court finds no ground to accord the facility of anticipatory bail to the applicant. This more so since it is informed that investigation is ongoing.
The Bail Application is consequently rejected.
