Criminal Misc. Correction Application No.1 of 2021
1. Heard Mr. Arjun Singh Solanki, learned counsel for applicant through audio link.
2. This correction application has been filed seeking correction of order dated 07.04.2021.
3. Learned counsel for applicant contends that in 3rd and 4th line of paragraph 2 of order dater 07.04.2021, the name of Police Station and District has wrongly been described as Kaushambi whereas the correct description is Police Station- Patiyali, District-Kasganj. He therefore contends that aforesaid mistake occurring in order dated 07.04.2021 be corrected accordingly.
4. Prayer made for is bonafide. Consequently, the same is allowed.
5. In place of description Police Station Kaushamit, District Kaushambi occurring in third and fourth line of paragraph-2 of order dated 07.04.2021, the description of Police Station- Patiyali, District-Kasganj shall be read.
6. This correction shall from part of earlier order dated 07.04.2021.
7. With the aforesaid directions this correction application stands finally disposed of.
