Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.

Issue notice to opposite party nos. 2 to 5 returnable at an early date.
Four weeks time is granted to opposite party nos. 2 to 5 as well as learned A.G.A. to file counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within three weeks thereafter.

Until further orders of this Court, further proceedings of Case No. 21 of 2014, Case Crime No. 921 of 2013, under Sections 307, 504, 506 I.P.C., P.S. Hapur Nagar, District Hapur pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hapur shall remain stayed as against the applicant.
