Venkatesh Dodderi, AGA) These writ petitions are filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents to consider the petitioners 28(A) application and to re-determine the value of the land as per the award passed by the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Dn) and J.M.F.C. Court at Nagamangala in L.A.C.No.138/2006 dated 1.1.2008 which is produced at Annexure-A, etc.
These writ petitions coming on for preliminary hearing in ‘B’ Group this day the Court made the following:-
O R D E R The petitioners seek for a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the applications of the petitioners vide Annexures-B, B1 and B2.
2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that if a reasonable time is granted, the same will be considered in accordance with law.
3. In view of the submission made, the writ petitions are disposed off. The respondents are directed to consider the applications of the petitioners vide Annexures-B, B1 and B2, provided they are within time, authentic and accompanied by relevant documents and pass appropriate orders therein in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
