As per the office note, a report dated 16.06.1997 from Police Inspector, Una was received from the the District and Sessions Judge, Junagadh stating that the respondents No.1 to 3 have gone at Bombay since last one year for labour work and their present address of Bombay is not available with the police. The Statements of Jethiben w/o. Malabhai and Kanubhai Lakhmanbhai were recorded by the police in this regard. This is not proper approach by the Police Inspector, Una for service of notice. The Police Inspector, Una is directed to serve fresh notice to the respondents No.1 to 3.
Fresh notice to the respondents No.1 to 3 returnable on 21st August 2012.
