1. Sri Akhilesh Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicant submits that this matter pertains to Electricity Regulation Act, 2003 and compromise has already been made. Applicant has deposited his electricity dues and therefore these proceedings can be terminated on the basis of compounding.
2. If this be true, applicant is directed to move an application for compounding before the Executive Engineer, Vidyut Vitran Khand - First, police Station - Sigara, District Varanasi within 7 days from today, and if such application is filed then the concerned Executive Engineer will decide the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of computer downloaded copy in PDF form of this order, strictly in accordance with law.
3. In above terms, the application is disposed of.
