This application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to quash the summoning order dated 27.6.2008 passed by Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Allahabad against the applicant in Final Report Case No. 3 of 2008, U/s 323, 504, 427, 219 I.P.c. and 3 (1) (5) (15) of SC/ST Act, P.S. Khuldabad, District Allahabad.
Record shows that this matter is pending since 2008 on account of interim order dated 18.9.2008 passed by this Court whereby the proceedings of the lower Court has also been stayed.
Application is dismissed for want of prosecution. Interim order stands vacated.
