JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to call for the records in connection with C.C.No.254 of 2010 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.1, Madurai and quash the same.
2.No representation on behalf of the petitioners.
3.The learned Government Advocate(criminal side) submits that already two witnesses have already been examined in full and the petitioners herein have also cross-examined them and the case is now posted to 20.04.2016 for examination of further witnesses, who are abroad.
4.Considering the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (criminal side), this criminal original petition is dismissed as infrucruous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
