The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the respondent to provide all information in respect of the company by name 'Rubber Plantation and Industries Ltd., in terms of Ext.P3. According to the petitioner though Ext.P3 was issued no action was taken by the respondent to give the information. If the petitioner had applied under the Right to Information Act, the authority has to comply with the procedure in accordance with law. If there is any delay on the part of the Information Officer in providing the information, the statute prescribes right of appeal to the petitioner. 2. Under these circumstances, I do not think that this Court should interfere, in the matter at this stage of proceedings. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed.
