Criminal Misc. Correction Application
Heard Mr. Manoj Kumar Gupta, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
This correction application has been filed seeking correction in the order dated 21st August, 2018.
Learned counsel for the applicants submits that in the third line of the third paragraph as well as in the fourth and fifth lines of the second last paragraph of the order dated 21st August, 2018, the description of the court, where the complaint case is pending, has wrongly been transcribed as "Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- IInd, Meerut", whereas the correct description of the court is "Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IInd, Gautam Budh Nagar". Similarly in the fifth line of the third paragraph as well as in the second line of the second last paragraph of the order dated 21st August, 2018, one of the charging section has wrongly been transcribed as "356B", whereas the correction Section is "326B". He, therefore, submits that the aforesaid mistakes be corrected accordingly.
Prayer made for is bona fide. Accordingly, the same is allowed.
In place of "Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IInd, Meerut" as occurring in the third line of the third paragraph as well as in the fourth and fifth lines of the second last paragraph of the order dated 21st August, 2018, the description of the court shall be read as "Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IInd, Gautam Budh Nagar". Similarly, in place of "Section 356B" as occurring in the in the fifth line of the third paragraph as well as in the second line of the second last paragraph of the order dated 21st August, 2018, "Section 326B" shall be read.
This correction shall form part of the earlier order dated 21st August, 2018.
With the aforesaid direction, the present application stands finally disposed of.
