Syed for the applicants states that his counter-part learned advocate at the Sessions Court, Jam-Khambhalia will make an application for adjournment of Sessions Case No.35/2001, which is kept on 17.07.2012. Learned Government Pleader and Public Prosecutor, Mr.P.K. Jani states that he may convey to the Public prosecutor at Jam-Khambhalia that he will not object to such request in view of the fact that these matters are kept for orders on 20.07.2012.
