This Court vide order dated 8.8.2017 directed the court below to conclude the proceedings expeditiously preferably within eight months.
On specific query, learned counsel for the applicant is unable to show from the order sheet wilful and deliberate disobedience on the part of the opposite party.
In view thereof, contempt petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to make appropriate application before the court below.
