None appears for the petitioners. Heard Mr. B.B. Jauhari, learned counsel for respondent nos. 2 and 3-Authority.
This petition is directed against a show cause notice dated 15.02.2016 (Annexure-1). It is not clear whether petitioners have submitted their reply to the show cause notice. Counsel for the respondent Authority is also not in a position to state whether the show cause notice has been decided. In view thereof, we dispose of the writ petition by the following order:
If the petitioners have not submitted their reply to the show cause notice and if the show cause notice has not been finally decided so far, the petitioners shall submit their reply within a period of four weeks from today, failing which the respondent Authority may proceed to decide the show cause notice and pass final order thereon within a period of four weeks thereafter.
It is made clear that this Court has not examined merits of the case.
