THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.29116 of 2010 Between:
Sanjeeva Reddy PETITIONER AND 1. Government of Andhra Pradesh rep. by its, Principal Secretary for Home, Secretariat, Hyderabad, and others.
RESPONDENTS ORDER:
When the case was called on 06.11.2014 learned counsel for the petitioner was absent. Hence the matter was directed to be posted today. Even today, when the case is called, none appears for the petitioner and there is no representation on his behalf.
Hence the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
