Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; Sri Vivek Kumar Rai for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the record.
The prayer made in this petition is to direct the sole Arbitrator to expedite the Arbitration Case in the matter of replacement of PF Executing RE Cable with optical fiber and 6 quad cable Raja Ki Mandi, Agra City, Jamuna Bridge Section of Agra Division pursuant to agreement dated 25th February, 2014.
We do not consider it appropriate to issue any specific direction to the Arbitrator by exercising our writ jurisdiction as there appear sufficient safe guards in the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 to care of the delay, if any, in the arbitral proceedings.
Subject to above, the petition is dismissed. Order Date :- 5.1.2021.
