The sole submission of counsel for the petitioner is to direct the Additional Principal Family Judge, Fast Track Court No.1, Agra to decide the Marriage Petition No.1099 of 2015 (Sanjeev Satyarthi vs. Smt. Ranjeeta Devi).
In view of above, the petition is disposed of by directing the Additional Principal Family Judge, Fast Track Court No.1, Agra to consider and decide the Marriage Petition No.1099 of 2015 (Sanjeev Satyarthi vs. Smt. Ranjeeta Devi) expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of the certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law.
It is clarified that this Court has not adjudicated upon the merits of the claim as raised by the petitioner in the present petition.
