Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State.
This writ petition has been filed with a prayer to direct the Senior Superintendent of Police, Prayagraj to take action taken against the array officials and further be pleased to direct lodged the First Information Report against the respondents within stipulated period of time.
After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail the remedy as available to the petitioner in accordance with law.
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
