Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Standing Counsel.
The applicant is before this Court for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondents for disobeying the order dated 27.09.2018 passed in Writ Petition No.20872 of 2018 (Sanjeev Kumar v. State of U.P. & Ors.).
On the matter being taken up today, the compliance affidavit dated 25.05.2019 have been filed by learned Standing Counsel intimating that the aforesaid order has been complied with. The said instruction be taken on record.
In view of above, nothing further survives on this application and the same stands disposed of. However, the applicant is at liberty to agitate his claim before appropriate forum. Notices, if any, stand discharged.
