The petitioner has filed the present writ petition challenging the order dated 29.1.2019, passed by the District Basic Education Officer-respondent no. 2 in the writ petition. From perusal of the order impugned it is clear that the charges levelled again the petitioner are serious in nature and as such no interference is called for by this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
At this stage Sri Chandan Agarwal, learned counsel representing respondent no. 2 states that he has received instructions from the office of the District Basic Eduction Officer that respondent no. 2 will conclude the enquiry in the matter within a period of four months.
In view of the same the present writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent No.2 to conclude the enquiry against the petitioner within a period of four months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. It is made clear that the petitioner will co-operate in the enquiry and will not take any unnecessary adjournment in the matter.
With the aforesaid observation/directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
