Hon'ble Ajay Bhanot,J.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the election results to the post of Gram Pradhan. Petitioner has an alternative remedy of approaching the competent election tribunal.
Faced with this, Shri Prem Narayan Tiwari, learned counsel holding brief of Shri Dinesh Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the relief sought in the writ petition. He recasts his relief and submits that petitioner may be granted liberty to approach the competent election tribunal.
It is always open to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy available to him in accordance with law.
The writ petition is disposed of.
