learned counsel for the petitioner made a prayer that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file an appeal against the inaction on the part of respondent no. 3, who has failed to furnish the necessary information to the petitioner, sought by him vide his letter dated 21.12.2017, despite lapse of more than 30 days under Right to Information Act.
Writ petition is dismissed with liberty as aforesaid.
