By impugned order, the revisional court has declined to admit additional evidence filed by the plaintiff-petitioners.
The order impugned being a purely interlocutory order, this Court is not inclined to examine its validity at this stage in exercise of power under Article 227 of the Constitution, as the petitioners will get opportunity to challenge the same alongwith the final judgement.
The petition is accordingly dismissed at this stage.
