The only relief sought in the petition is that Case No. 51 of 2013 (Sanjeev Kumar Tripathi and another vs. Basic Kanya Pathshala and another)under Section 21(8) of U.P. Act No. 13 of 1972, pending in the court of Additional city Magistrate (V)/Rent control and Eviction Officer, Kanpur Nagar maybe directed to decide within a time bound period.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission of learned counsel for the petitioners, this writ petition is disposed of providing that the aforesaid authority shall decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
