Argument is that impugned judgment granting seniority to the contesting respondents no. 1, affects the petitioners and in the claim petition they were not the party. It is further submitted that the view taken by the Tribunal is otherwise beyond the Rules.
Notices means for respondents 1 to 3 have been accepted by learned Chief Standing Counsel.Issue notice to respondents 4 and 5. Steps will be taken within ten days.
Counter affidavit may be filed by the next date.

As an interim measure, we direct that till the next date of listing operation of the impugned judgment of the Tribunal dated 24th July, 2014, shall remain stayed.
