Heard Mr. Prashant, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.
A.P. Paul, learned counsel for respondents-State.
Counsel for the petitioners does not press this writ petition and submits that the petitioners would be satisfied if directions are issued to the revisional authority before whom the petitioners have already filed revision along with an application for interim relief under Section 27 (3) of the U.P. Apartment (Promotion of Construction, Ownership and Maintenance Act, 2010, against the revised building map dated 19.1.2017 (Annexure-1), to consider and decide their application for interim relief within time frame.
The petition is, accordingly, disposed of as not pressed with the observation that the revisional authority shall consider and decide the petitioners' application for interim relief in the revision filed on 21 September 2018, as expeditiously as possible and preferably, within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of this order. The petitioners are directed to produce a copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition and annexures before the revisional authority within a period of 10 days from today. It is made clear that this Court has not examined merits of the case.
