This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking the quashing of order dated 11.2.2019 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Fatehpur as well as the entire proceedings of Case No.20 of 2016 (Smt. Sashi Devi vs. Sanjeev Kumar Panda @ Rajesh Panda), under sections 128 Cr.P.C., Police Station- Khaga, District- Fatehpur, pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Fatehpur.
Heard applicant's counsel and learned AGA. Entire record has been perused.
The only submission made by the counsel is that as the total amount to deposit is beyond the purse of the applicant, some installments in that regard may be made.
This matter stands disposed of with the observation that the applicant may move the same application before the Court concerned seeking the same relief. If any such application is moved within two weeks from today the Court concerned will look into the same and keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, if it deems proper, it may proceed to make some easy installments. The Court below shall have the power to do so on the strength of the direction made by this Court while exercising its inherent jurisdiction.
