Hon'ble Siddhartha Varma,J.
The petitioner has filed the instant writ petition against the order dated 30.7.2018 passed under section 128 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Code').
Learned Standing Counsel, however, submits that this is a revisable order under section 210 of the Code.
It is, therefore, provided that if the petitioner files a Revision within a period of one month from today, the question of limitation would not come in his way and the Revision would be decided on merit. He may also move an application for interim protection before the Revisional Court which shall be decided within two weeks from date of filing of the same. For a period of two months, status-quo as of today, shall be maintained.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
