Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri A. K. Yadav, Advocate, holding brief of Sri Vikram Bahadur Singh, learned counsel representing respondent no.5- District Basic Education Officer, Etawah.
The petitioner claims that he has completed the Special B.T.C Course 2004 (Examination) in the year 2012 and the certificate of qualifying the examination has been issued by the Principal of the District Institute of Education and Training (DIET), Etawah on 05.12.2017. The petitioner claims that he has submitted a representation dated 2012.2017 before the Principal,District Institute of Education and Training (DIET), Etawah and also forward a copy of the same to the District Basic Education Officer, Etawah praying for issuance of appointment letter on the post of Assistant Teacher. He claims that till date no appointment letter has been issued to him and therefore, he is suffering great hardship and irreparable loss.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner is directed to make afresh representation along with certified copy of this order annexing all supporting documents of qualifying the examination before the District Basic Education Officer, Etawah within two weeks from today, which shall be decided within a period of six weeks thereafter by the aforesaid Authority.
Writ Petition disposed off finally.
