Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A for the State.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the parties that the dispute between the parties has arisen out of a business transaction between the parties which can be settled through mediation.
It is directed that a sum of Rs. 50,000/- shall be deposited by the petitioner. The amount so deposited shall abide by the final outcome of the mediation.
The matter is remitted to the Mediation Centre with the direction that the Mediation Centre shall conclude the mediation and conciliation proceedings expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months after giving notices to both the parties.
Thereafter, the case shall be listed before appropriate Bench.
Till the next date of listing, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner in Case Crime No.- 554 of 2018 under Sections - 406, 506 I.P.C., P.S.- Tundla, District- Firozabad.
After depositing the aforesaid amount, notice shall be issued to the parties and in case the aforesaid amount is not deposited within the aforesaid period, this writ petition shall stand dismissed automatically.
