It is submitted therein that a licence book has already been issued to the petitioner after completion of all the formalities on 23.10.2018. There is no requirement of taking N.S.C. and membership fee of the rifle club in the Arms Rules, 2016 and as such, no deposits in this regard had been made by the petitioner nor any such requirement was insisted by the licensing authority.
In view of the said admitted fact, there is no purpose to keep the writ petition pending.
The present writ petition is, accordingly, rendered infructuous.
Dismissed as such.
