Heard Mr. Aishwarya Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A. for the State.
This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for a direction upon the Court below to decide the Complaint Case No. 97/9 of 2016 (Sri Sanjeev Jain Vs. Jameel Ahmad), under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881, P.S. Nauchandi, District Meerut , pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Court No. 4, Meerut, within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is provided that the Court below shall proceed to decide the above mentioned case with all expedition, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties and by fixing short dates within a period of six months from the date of the production of a certified copy of this order before the Court below.
With the aforesaid directions, the application is finally disposed of.
