The case, being related to the matrimonial dispute between the parties, was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The report of the Mediation Centre dated 11.12.2008 is on record. It states that none of the parties appeared before the Mediation Centre. Therefore, the mediation has failed.
Since, none is present for the applicants to press this application, the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Trial Court may proceed further in the case pending before it in accordance with law.
