1. Petitioner's Revision No. 222 of 2018 filed under Section 41(3) of the Uttar Pradesh Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973 filed on 19.02.2018 is stated to be pending before respondent no.2.
2. In view of the fact that sufficient time has passed since the revision was filed, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction that the said revision may be heard and decided as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
3. It is made clear that this Court has not examined merits of the claim made by the petitioner.
