Learned counsel for the State states that against the impugned order statutory remedy is available. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner herein would prefer an appeal challenging his externment order dated 26.11.2020 and he prays that we direct the authority concerned to consider the appeal as expeditiously as possible.
Petitioner herein shall prefer an appeal within a period of four weeks from today. Copy of this petition shall also be annexed along with same, which will form part of the memo of appeal. Authority concerned shall decide the appeal as expeditiously as possible before externment period is over.
No order as to costs.
With the aforesaid observations, writ petition is disposed of.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioners along with a self attested identity proof of the said person (s) (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number (s) to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
