This is an application seeking correction in the order dated 10.05.2019 passed by this Court.
Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to make necessary corrections in the prayer clause of the application during the course of the day.
Correction application is allowed.
In the ninth line of second paragraph of the order dated 10.05.2019, 'Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II' be write off and substituted as ''Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Ist'.
This order shall form part of the order dated 10.05.2019.
