The prayer made in the instant petition is for expediting the proceedings of Original Suit No. 2309 of 2013 instituted by the petitioner against the defendants-respondents.
A perusal of the order sheet reveals that the court is fixing date for framing of issues.
Having regard to the fact that the suit is pending since the year 2013, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to ensure speedy disposal of the suit by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments.
