JUDGMENT / ORDER

Both the plaintiffs as well as the defendants are present in the Court. Joint Memo of compromise has been filed. The parties as well as the learned counsel for the parties have signed the same. The parties have also affirmed the facts that they have entered into a memo of compromise.
2. In view of the same, the suit is decreed in terms of the compromise. The Joint Memo of Compromise shall form part of the final decree. Partition shall be made by the parties on their own costs.
